- All in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 days after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 7 – 10 business days from the day we processed your order. We ship by U.S. Postal Service (Post Office).

- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please let us know and we will replace it. If you are not satisfied with a product, if it is in sellable condition, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

- You may order from the Let’s Sign website any time, day or night. You may call to order by phone by calling 601-992-3460 during the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Central Time. Please have order information and credit card number ready when calling. We do not have a TTY or video phone so you should call through the relay. If we are unable to answer our phone at the time of your call, we have an answering machine and voice-mail. Please leave us a message with your name, phone number, time zone where you live, best time to return your call and we will call you back. Also you may order by mail. - To be billed Net 30 days, school, agencies and businesses may email or mail orders. Orders typed on company letterhead may be substituted for purchase orders. We do not have a FAX machine..
